Day offers PS workers cash prizes

But there is a catch -- staff must come up with cost-savings plans

Treasury Board President Stockwell Day is offering public servants cash awards if they can find ways to save money while improving service to Canadians.

Day announced the Employee Innovation Program at an awards ceremony Monday at the start of National Public Service Week.  (More)
