HARASSMENT COMMITTEE REPORT

 

 

The Harassment Committee was tasked with the assessment of two complaints alleged to have occurred during the 2003 CEIU Spring National Executive meeting.  The complaints required more time than was available at the National Executive meeting and both required additional information and follow-up.

 

The final findings are as follows:

 

1.       The f= irst complaint regarding accommodation for the 2003 Spring National Executive meeting was determined to be unfounded.&nb= sp; All reasonable efforts were made for accommodation.

 

2.       The s= econd complaint regarding discrimination at the 2003 National Executive Spring meeting was determined to be unfounded.&nb= sp; No discrimination was determined to have occurred.=
